Cence is a fintech app that helps people spend smarter by picking the best credit card for every purchase. Whether at a petrol station or a restaurant, it finds the card that earns the most cashback, points or discounts, automatically. We partnered with Cence from the ground up, turning an idea into a launched product.

Cence approached us with just an idea: a platform that would seamlessly match credit card benefits to a user's real-time context. The challenge was to define the product's purpose, map its functionality and design a genuinely user-centric experience, all on a tight launch timeline.
We took a holistic approach and guided the Cence team through the whole product journey. We started with discovery and user research to find the real pain points and use cases, then moved into concept development with mood boards, storyboards and feature maps. From there we ran sprint-based design cycles, user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, before preparing production-ready assets and detailed handoff documentation for development. Because Cence was launching just as AI gained traction in 2024, we designed AI into the experience from the start, so the recommendation engine runs seamlessly alongside the interface rather than bolted on.
