OCTA is an AI-powered platform that transforms how businesses handle accounts receivable.
By automating invoicing, follow-ups, financing, and collections, OCTA helps companies get paid faster and scale more efficiently.
87% of SMEs are constantly paid late and spend 14 hours per week on average on manually chasing these payments. OCTA eliminates this bottleneck - so businesses can focus on growth, not admin.
The Problem
OCTA came to us after working with another agency - but their existing designs felt rushed, outdated, and didn’t showcase the true value of their platform. The experience lacked structure, the design system was underdeveloped, and their core features were lost in execution. With a pre-seed raise on the horizon, they needed a complete overhaul - and fast.
Our Approach
We started with a clean slate. First, we audited the platform’s core journeys and features, then built a clear roadmap to redesign the experience from the ground up - just in time for their pre-seed round.
We crafted a robust, scalable design system tailored to OCTA’s brand, ensuring it could support both their current needs and future features.
Finally, we reimagined key flows and introduced new, high-impact journeys that elevated the entire platform experience.
