Anyday is a product design studio operated by Orchestra Ventures (the “registered entity, address and company details to be confirmed”). Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry or book a call, we collect the details you provide - typically your name, work email, company, role, funding stage, team size, and anything you write in your message.

Information we collect automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data - the pages you view, the site that referred you, and general device and browser information - using cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call.
• To provide, maintain, secure and improve the site and our services.
• To understand how the site is used so we can make it better.
• To send you the occasional update - only if you asked us to.

Legal bases (for UK and EU visitors)

We rely on: your consent (for example, optional updates and non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests in running and improving our business; and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site is used and how it performs. These set cookies. You can manage them - see our Cookie Policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, each acting on our instructions:

• Vercel - website hosting.
• Google Analytics and PostHog - website analytics.
• Resend - sending our reply and notification emails.
• Cal.com - scheduling calls you book with us.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise them - unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hey@anyday.design. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
