A health platform adding care lines faster than its site could carry them

DarDoc does not sell one thing. It sells home nursing, newborn and elderly care, IV therapy, at-home blood tests, skincare and a doctor-led weight loss programme, and each one is a completely different decision for the person making it. A parent booking a certified caregiver for a newborn needs to know who is coming, for how many hours, on which days and what it costs. Someone weighing up a GLP-1 programme needs to know whether they qualify, what the science actually says and what happens after the prescription. One generic service page could not do both, and every new care line DarDoc launched made the site harder to navigate rather than easier.

We designed the site as a system rather than a set of pages. Every care line sits on the same chassis: a sticky sub-nav that carries the service name and a booking button the whole way down the page, a clear qualification path, and a step-by-step section that spells out what actually happens after you book, from the free health quiz to the at-home lab tests to the video visit and the ongoing refill support. Then each line gets the tool its own decision needs, and those tools are small products in their own right rather than page furniture, each with its own UX designed end to end. Weight loss opens on an eligibility check and an interactive calculator that turns your current weight into how much you could lose, with the clinical trial data cited underneath rather than hidden. Newborn and elderly care get a plan builder: pick certified caregiver or licensed nurse, subscription or pay as you go, days per week and hours per day, and watch the monthly price resolve before you commit. Trust is built into the chassis too, with a press strip, the DHA licence details and a persistent chat pill so nobody has to leave the page to ask a question. Mobile and desktop were designed together rather than one adapted from the other.
