Hospital-grade care, where there's no hospital for miles

Sindalah sits on a private island, far from any major hospital, town or city, and it is not alone: NEOM's destinations are remote by design. They needed a way to make healthcare accessible, fast and safe for everyone, without building a full hospital in every location. It also had to match NEOM's vision: modern, seamless and genuinely world-class, not a compromise because of where you happen to be.

We designed Connected Health, a mobile app that brings the hospital to you. You start by telling it how you feel, by voice or chat, and an AI triage reads your symptoms and vitals to work out what you need. From there it books you into the nearest habitat, a state-of-the-art health pod equipped like a regular hospital and placed across NEOM's locations, or a consultation with the right doctor. We designed the whole journey: the AI triage, vitals at a glance, appointment and doctor booking, and the habitat experience, so getting care feels fast, luxurious and responsive, wherever you are.
