A booming supercar brand stuck on a slow, dated website

The site was doing well on Google, but it lived on an old WordPress build that was slow, laggy and dated, and it simply did not match how popular the brand had become. With a big YouTube channel and growing traffic, first impressions mattered, and the site was letting them down. The catch: it was already ranking well, so the rebuild could not cost them a single position. We had to make it modern and much faster while carrying every piece of ranking content across untouched, so they started from the same footing or better, never behind.

We rebuilt the site from the ground up as a custom Next.js build, with Claude Code, for speed and control WordPress could not give them. We moved the content management from WordPress to Sanity, so the team can update text and images easily without the bloat. We nailed the visual direction in Figma first, then converted it to code and built out the full site, around 210 pages, migrating every ranking page across so nothing was lost. We built in SEO, AEO and content strategy from the start, and made the booking flow faster and more seamless.
