Ghanem is a Saudi proptech that lets people invest in property the way they'd buy a stock, a fraction at a time. They came to us with an idea and not much else, and needed a partner to turn it into a real product people would trust, in both Arabic and English.

Ghanem came to us with an idea, not a product. Fractional property investment is a brand-new concept in Saudi, and for it to work it had to feel effortless: as simple as buying a t-shirt, or a share in a stock. That meant starting from the ground up. We had to establish the product itself, the features, the core journeys and the flows, and scope it for a market that is heavily Arabic-first, unlike the UAE. Because it is such a fresh space, we also had to work out the practical realities, like which KYC documents a Saudi investor would need, and how to make both putting money in and taking it back out feel straightforward. They knew where they wanted to go; they needed someone who had done it before to show them where to start.
We built Ghanem from the idea up. We mapped the user flows and wireframed the core journeys, then ran a full brand exploration across the market and the competition, and did the same for the UI and UX. From there we iterated on the journeys and crafted the product batch by batch. It was every discipline at once: product and UX design, the interface, the brand, the strategy, and the behavioural psychology of making an unfamiliar, high-trust decision feel simple. We designed the whole thing bilingual, Arabic-first with full English, and defined the flows that make Ghanem work end to end, from browsing a property and modelling its return, through KYC, to investing and cashing out.

In a month, Ghanem went from an idea to a full MVP: 150+ screens covering the whole product in English and Arabic, and a brand-new identity explored, built and launched in two weeks. It is now live at ghanem.sa.
