One recruitment site trying to serve two very different users

TCG serves two very different audiences on one site: candidates looking for their next role, and hiring managers looking for talent. On their old Wix site, both had to dig to do the thing they came for, browsing, applying or sourcing roles, and neither journey was clear. They needed a site that made each path obvious, worked harder for both sides, and looked the part for a specialist fintech recruiter.

We started by redefining the key journeys and the key actions for each audience. We split the site into two clear tracks, 'Get Hired' for candidates and 'Hiring' for employers, so each user gets their own dedicated flow instead of a one-size-fits-all page. We added a resources section as a home for the founder's podcast, salary guides and other useful content, gated behind an email opt-in so it doubles as a lead engine. The whole thing was designed and built in Framer: fast to ship, easy for the team to maintain, and a big step up from the old Wix site.
